We offer an array of photo and media packages that fit the needs of everyone. Choose your package according to the square footage of the home or number of photos you would like. Any sessions over 50 miles will be charged a $25 travel fee.
Bronze Package
$150-$230
our bronze package includes 25-65 high quality listing photos determined by the square footage of the home. photos are guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours of your appointment time.
$200-$360
Silver Package
Our silver package is ideal for showcasing a home's unique assets (i.e. swimming pools, expansive yards, proximity to desirable locations, etc.) This includes up to 5 additional aerial images of the home. These will also be delivered with the rest of your listing photos within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Gold Package
$350-$590
Set your listing apart from others with our gold package. This includes a high resolution 3D virtual tour and allows clients to fully navigate the home with digital convenience. Studies show that online listings get 40% more clicks when they feature a 3D tour. All virtual tours will be delivered within 48 hours of your appointment time, as well as your aerial and listing photos.
$550-$870
Platinum Package
Consider our all-inclusive platinum package if you would like to engage in one of the best real estate marketing techniques. This package includes a 1-2 minute video giving potential buyers an overview of the home and highlighting its most beautiful qualities. Listing videos will be delivered within 48 hours of your appointment time, along with your virtual tour, aerial photos, and listing photos.
