Because each Welcome Home gift is carefully prepared and often personalized, we are unable to accept returns once an order has entered production.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before you receive your “In Production” confirmation email.

Once production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will gladly replace damaged items at no additional cost.

INCORRECT ORDERS:

If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

We offer several convenient delivery options to help make gifting simple and stress-free.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP:

Customers may pick up orders free of charge from our local office location once their order is complete and ready for pickup.

Pickup details and scheduling instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

FREE OFFICE DELIVERY (WEDNESDAYS ONLY):

We offer free Wednesday delivery to local real estate offices in our delivery area.

Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff to qualify for that week’s delivery schedule.

LOCAL HAND DELIVERY — $25

We offer personal hand delivery within 25 miles of our office for a flat $25 delivery fee.

This option is perfect for:

• closing days

• client surprises

• last-minute gifting

• direct doorstep delivery

Delivery timing will be coordinated after purchase.

SHIPPING BY MAIL:

We offer nationwide shipping based on items ordered.

Shipping costs include careful packaging to help ensure your Welcome Home gifts arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMING:

Because many items are personalized and made to order, production and delivery times may vary but are expected to be completed within 3 business days of your order.
